In this quiz, we are going to look at the scope of Geography in general. We all live in a place(earth) that is influenced by many different factors, these factors all together influence the man as a whole.  So we see that studying geography helps us to have an awareness of our own environment as well as any other environment we are placed in. All places in the universe and spaces have a certain history behind them and their origin, shaped by humans, earth, and climate. This simply means that studying geography gives a meaning and awareness to places and spaces and also helps students with spatial awareness on the globe to be more competent.

Now Geography is the study of places and the relationships between people and their environments. Geographers explore both the physical properties of Earth's surface and the human societies spread across it. Geography seeks to understand where things are found, why they are there, and how they develop and change over time.
There are 3 branches of Geography, namely,
-Physical Geography which is involved with nature and the effects it has on people and/or the environment.
-Environmental Geography involved with  how people can harm or protect any environment they can find themselves in.
-Human Geography deals just with man.
physical geography is the scientific study of the natural features of the Earth's surface, especially in its current aspects, including land formation, climate, weather, currents, and distribution of flora and fauna and so it is a very important branch of Geography.
