Environment and feeding quiz

Quiz Description

Educational quizzes with 15 questions each having 4 options. All the nature surrounding us, and everything in it is our environment. Knowing fully these, some of the materials and things that make up these environments are edible and are used as food in one way or the other by other organisms. This quiz will help you understand the food chain and food web. As almost every organism in an environment is food for another species, after this you will understand how these organisms interact and get their food.

Feeding is simply the act or process of eating. Many organisms have various ways in which they feed, for example, man feeds by eating edible food. Some animals only feed on grass(plants for food) and others on meat. The types of organisms that feed are

  • Omnivores feed on both plants and flesh example, man
  • Carnivores which feed on flesh example lion and
  • Herbivores that feed on just plants example cows

These organisms feed on one another in the food chain and food web, for example, lions feed on flesh(man and cow), and man still feeds on cows too whereas the cow feeds on grass.

Questions on this topic will help you understand how organisms interact and fight for survival in their environment. Quizzes as such have given you free educational questions, do not let them waste, take your time to test how well you know about organisms' interaction, and fight for survival and food.

Enjoy!!
