Vitamin C is found in most plant foods, especially raw fruits and vegetables plants. Some very rich food sources include bell peppers, kale, kiwifruit, citrus fruits and various berries. Note that, Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is essential for optimal health.
We now see that, plant based foods allow for people adhering to this particular diet to live longer, healthier lives, as well helps reduce the world's global gas emissions, and these factors have all led to significant market growth in vegan and also plant-based products
Most plant and food researchers concluded that eating more plants would help, they found that food production is responsible for up to 30 percent of total greenhouse gas emissions, with animal products accounting for the vast majority and about three-quarters of these effects .
