Chemical and material behavior quiz

15 Questions

Quiz Description

Here in this quiz, we will talk about how materials are very useful to living things, a man especially. Meanwhile, the world revolves around their usage nowadays, we are here to educate you on the behavior of these materials, both physically and chemically. For example, we all know that an air-filled balloon will snap or burst as soon as a very thin and sharp needle is used on it. This itself is an example of physical property, the chemical behavior in it is that the gas in it will immediately get mixed up with other particles in the air and disappear.

Chemical behavior has to do with reactions of substances with other substances. These properties from a particular material are gotten by chemical reactions by most scientists in the laboratory and so can practically be shown. For example, the reaction titration processes show some chemical behavior of substances.

Material behavior on the other hand has to do with physical behavior, and those are what we call physical properties of materials. A good example is the melting of butter upon heating.

To test your knowledge on chemical behavior as well as material behavior of objects and substances, be sure to take our quizzes as this quiz will help you in your upcoming Exams. We have students preparing for tests, GCE exams, and GCSE exams taking most of these Chemistry quizzes as well, so be sure not to miss out, they are of course free.
